Artist and image maker Libby Lloyd, explores the relationships between real and imagined space.
Libby Lloyd's work describes the temporality of human existence. She is interested in how space is defined by the spiritual, metaphorical and symbolic. She marks time and existence through the making of art. She describes her visions as "living and breathing".
Her work has been described as 'enigmatic', she has expressed this is a subliminal expression as an artist and vision maker.
The current work in progress #WIP describe illusions of outer space, revealing a parallel between life and art. Each piece of work transcribes actual time, human existence, and information into a surreal - dream like - visual narrative.
